Policies & Cancelations

We want to make sure that you and all other guests are provided with a quality experience which is both timely and professional. 

 

3D BROWS & LASHES offers an appointment only basis; we are setting aside time specifically for you when you book an appointment.

Cancelled appointments will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the full service charge. A minimum 48 BUSINESS hours notice must be given to reschedule appointments. Not showing for your scheduled appointment or not giving 48 hrs to reschedule your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the full service charge. 

Please be on time for your appointment
If you arrive 20 mins LATE to your scheduled appointment your appointment will be considered canceled and will be charged a late fee of 30% of the full service charge.

 A credit card will be required by all guests to secure appointments; by agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize 3D BROWS & LASHES to charge your credit card on file per cancellation policy. 

*As a courtesy to our clients, 3D BROWS & LASHES offers appointment reminders through text, email and/or phone. We will collect your contact info at the time of booking your appointment and on your client intake form with your permission.

3D BROWS & LASHES will send you a confirmation reminder of your appointment 48 hrs prior to your appointment. It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments.  IF you NO SHOW your appointment, 3D BROWS & LASHES will charge a no-show fee of 30% of service.

WE GUARANTEE OUR WORK

If you have any concerns with excessive lash shedding, let us know within 2 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. You must schedule your appointment only within 1 week of your initial service. This is a policy we’re proud to offer you.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on services. We do however, offer a guarantee on all of our lash services If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge and may offer a voucher for another service. Please see our ‘Allergies Policy’ for more details.

ALLERGIES If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lashes free of charge. Eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates. See our refund policy.

PRICING POLICY
All prices are subject to change. All product purchases are final; no exchanges or refunds.

NO CHILDREN, PLEASE :

While we love children, we respectfully request NO children under 12 while you are receiving service...This is to ensure that your lash OR brow artist can then concentrate 100% on you and your treatment, and that every guest within our spa is not interrupted. It is against health and safety obligations to have children in the spa unsupervised. If you arrive with your children without prior discussion with management your treatment may be refused with full cost owing.  We thank you for your consideration, co-operation and understanding.


Appointments:

All appointments are held on an appointment only basis. *We charge a specific service fee for the allotted time and service. How full your lashes will look at the end of your touchup appointment will be greatly affected by how many lashes you have when you arrive for your appointment. Please, keep this in mind when determining how long to wait to schedule your refills, as we require all our lash clients to return every 2-3 weeks (sometimes sooner depending on how fast your natural lashes grow and how well you maintain them in between fills)

*If you have been a rough on your lashes in between fills and have lost more than normal, additional time may be needed at an ADDITIONAL COST.  Please, contact 3D BROWS & LASHES prior to your appointment, if this is the case, to allow adjustment of time.

If you are a new client who currently has eyelash extensions applied by another facility, we must remove your lashes 

Being on time and having clean lashes ensures you get the maximum time for lash application, every minute counts with eyelash applications. Unfortunately, additional time can not be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment or arrive with dirty lashes (ie: liquid eyeliner, mascara, goopy/sleepy eyes).  Arriving on time for your lash appointments is important to ensure your treatment time is not cut down, as we need to stay on time.  Do not drink coffee, tea or caffeine based products before arriving for your lash appointment, this will make you fidgety and need to use the restroom repeatedly; you will not be able to get up to use the restroom once your eyes are closed and application has begun.

Arriving to your appointment:

Please arrive with 10 minutes to spare for your appointment. This allows for you to start to unwind, relax, and visit the restroom. Arriving late to appointments requires your lash artist to shorten your appointment time, so clients following you are not held up. Full fees will still be applicable, therefore, it really is in your best interest & comfort to be on time.  Unfortunately, additional time can not be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment.

Mobile Phones:

3D BROWS & LASHES requests that all mobile phones are switched off or to silent whilst you visit. We want your time to be relaxing, away from your busy day, and to not interfere with your therapist or other clients. All guests at 3D BROWS & LASHES want to be able to relax and have a relaxing visit, listening to someone else's phone call is disruptive. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

 

Any reactions to eyelash extensions is not foreseeable by 3D BROWS & LASHES skilled & trained staff (or even by you).  All care is taken to ensure your safety.  We will go over your intake form with you and any contraindications, such as an allergies.  No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, 3D BROWS & LASHES will offer a Free Lash Removal should this unfortunate event occur.  We kindly  ask that you contact 3D BROWS & LASHES immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
